Cancellation & "No Show" Policy
We Have A Strict Cancellation Policy

Please know that we understand life happens and situations arise where there is a need to cancel your appointment. 

 

However, 48 hours notice is REQUIRED when rescheduling or canceling your appointment.  If you fail to meet the cancellation policy requirements or you "no show" your appointment, THE CARD ON FILE will be charged 40% of the service. You will be unable to rebook until this fee is paid. 2 or more late cancelations may result in your inability to rebook with Lavish in the future.
